Stop pasting the job into the bot

This year a well known cloud company had to explain how an employee connected a third party AI tool to the company inbox. The tool had more permission than it needed. Attackers used that path later.

Your shop may not be that company. Your people still paste estimates, contracts, and customer lists into public chat because it is fast.

Write a one page rule. Public tools may see nothing with a name, an address, a dollar amount, or a login. If the work needs a bot, use the one you chose and paid for, with an account you control.

Speed is not free. The invoice you saved twenty minutes on can become the file you cannot get back.
